Shipping Information
At Pedale Ravie, we strive to deliver your cycling essentials with speed and care. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if their original packaging has been opened:
- Base layers (Couches de base)
- Socks (Chaussettes)
- All customized or modified items
Return Process

- Get Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Pack Carefully: Include the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Back: Send to: Pedale Ravie Retours, 29 Quai de la Grave, Bordeaux, FR 86878
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
- For international returns, return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original return
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount accordingly (additional charge or partial refund)
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges resulting from our error or defective items
